All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include the New Zealand Goods & Services Tax of 15%.
Deposit and Balance payments

1. Deposit
On acceptance of the proposed tour programs your booking will be secured with a 20% deposit of total cost.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct bank deposit. This enables ILOVENZ Travel to make the necessary bookings
as per your itinerary to ensure our travel partners (accommodation and activity providers) secure your options.


2. Balance Payments
Balance of full payment is required 21 days prior to your tour commencement.
For bookings made within 21 days of your intended travel dates, payment is required in full immediately for confirmation.
Delivery

When the balance paid in full, we send you travel voucher(s) (ticket(s)) and an itinerary via email. You will print the voucher(s)
and itinerary, and then present the voucher at the place or activity marked on it during your tour.
Cancellation Policy

ILOVENZ Travel, specialise in personalised travel, providing the expert knowledge and expertise and taking into account
the local situations in the itineraries of all programmes booked by its travellers. Travel proceeds under contracts
between ILOVENZ Travel and its travel partners in New Zealand. Therefore, when cancelled following rules will apply.


Freedom Backpacker’s Programme / Special Tailor-made Tour Programme
1) Cancellation after payment of deposit and before paying balance: deposit refunded in full
2) Cancellation after the payment of deposit and balance
- Cancellation 3 days prior to commencement date: 40% of the total cost will not be refunded
- cancellation between 2 days prior to commencement date and tour period: no refund can be made


- Each traveller should purchase his/her own travel insurance against unexpected, unfortunate events such as medical expenses,
loss of baggage, cancellation etc. ILOVENZ Travel cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Reservation and itinerary amendments

In all circumstances we will endeavour to make changes in case of travel delays due to natural disasters or weather conditions
for the tour in the time period previously reserved for you (with other interested parties). Should we successfully amend bookings,
there will be no extra charge. Should we rebook another tour however we cannot guarantee that our accommodation
and activity partners will be able to do the same.
Travel Insurance

Our tour does not include travel insurance however we strongly recommend the purchase of a comprehensive policy
from your local insurance provider to cover any unexpected change in your circumstances that either prevents your arrival
in New Zealand or alters your travel plans while here. Care should be taken to ensure your cover includes medical expenses,
loss of baggage, cancellation fees etc.
Included in Tour Price

1. Freedom Backpacker’s Programme
- Accommodation, transport (city to city, bus/train/ferry etc), tour and activities included in the itinerary.

2. Special Tailor-made Tour
- Accommodation, transport (city to city, bus/train/ferry etc.), or rental car tour, activities, airport pick-up, guide and transport
  if private guided tour included, or meals included as per itinerary.
Not Included in Tour Price

1. Freedom Backpacker’s Programme
- Airfare, meals, travel insurance, transport between airport and city, transport within city.

2. Special Tailor-made Tour
- International/domestic airfare, travel insurance, meals not included in the itinerary, activities and/or tours chosen by the traveller
  (if he/she decides to do so)
Privacy Policy

We consider your privacy an essential component of travelling with ILOVENZ Travel and will ensure your details remain confidential
at all times. Information that we collect is considered sensitive data. When we collect this information it is for the purpose of catering
to your needs while you are on a tour with us. Any information collected such as name, address, email and telephone number will be held in confidence by ILOVENZ Travel. Should you provide information such as health concerns or dietary restrictions this will only be disclosed to other parties within our travel services if it is deemed to be acting in your best interests
(e.g. notifying a chef in advance of any allergies or particular food dislikes).

All credit card data is secured by DPS Payment Express, and it will not be sold to third party.
Liability

Whilst every care is taken to provide an enjoyable tour, we do travel through areas that can be affected by weather conditions
that may disrupt or require a change to your itinerary. We will make alternative arrangements when and where practical
but no liability is accepted for any event that is beyond our control, e.g. weather disruptions or another operator withdrawing
their service for whatever reason. While great care is taken when selecting our accommodation, excursions, etc,
we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of those operators or their employees.

This site is owned and operated by ILOVENZ Travel. All content on this website is the property of ILOVENZ Travel
(or where permitted, their travel partners). No content may be reproduced in any form without the written permission
